Hot pancakes are good both on their own and with any filling, for example, meat, cottage cheese or cherries. If you cook them according to an old Russian recipe, they will turn out to be lush, ruddy and incredibly tasty.
It is necessary
- - 2 glasses of water;
- - 2 cups of flour;
- - 2 eggs;
- - salt on the tip of a knife;
- - 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar;
- - 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
- - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the eggs gently and thoroughly. Add sifted icing sugar, a pinch of salt, sour cream to the beaten egg mass and mix everything.
Step 2
Pour water into the resulting egg mass, add sifted flour and a spoonful of refined vegetable oil. Stir this whole mixture until the lumps disappear completely. The dough should be the consistency of sour cream.
Step 3
Heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet. Pour the dough over it with a ladle. Bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Turn over with a spatula.
Step 4
To prevent the pancake from turning out lumpy, grease a cast-iron pan with oil, sprinkle with coarse salt, and heat for three minutes. Then cool the pan, wipe it off, sprinkle with salt again and wipe it dry. Grease the pan with oil again, heat it and start frying the pancakes. Not a single pancake will stick or be lumpy.
