For many, it is already a tradition to prepare a salad for the New Year as a symbol of the coming year. Now 2018 is approaching, therefore, many will decorate their tables with a salad in the form of a cute dog. After all, it is the Dog who will patronize in 2018.

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients first. Boil the chicken breast until tender. Boil potatoes and carrots too. Boil the egg in advance. Leave everything to cool, then peel the eggs and vegetables.

Cut the potatoes for this salad into small cubes. The chicken can be chopped with a sharp knife or disassembled into thin fibers by hand. Combine the chicken and potatoes in a convenient container. Cucumbers do not need to be peeled for this salad, but if the skins are bitter, peel them better. If desired, fresh cucumbers can be replaced with pickled or pickled ones - it will turn out to be no less tasty. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.

Chop one egg, leave the other two to decorate the future New Year's salad. Chop the carrots too. Mix together vegetables, eggs, chicken, season with mayonnaise. The salad itself is ready - all that remains is to form a dog out of it!
