It is necessary
- For 1.5 liters of water:
- - 300 gr. pollock fillet (or other lean fish);
- - 3 tablespoons of rice;
- - 200 gr. canned seaweed;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce;
- - ground black pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, marinate in soy sauce with spices.
Step 2
Dip rice in boiling water, cook until half cooked.
Step 3
Add the fish fillet, cut into pieces, salt. Cook until fish and rice are done.
Step 4
Squeeze the seaweed from the marinade, cut into small pieces and add to the boiling soup. Then add pickled onions (no marinade).
