It is customary to serve soups for the first. But what if the usual options for soups are boring? I would like to cook something new, original, exquisite. The recipe for Japanese pork ramen soup will come to the rescue. Tasty, simple, satisfying and healthy. What else do you need for a full meal?

- 350 grams of pork
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 medium onions
- some soy sauce
- 1 liter of chicken stock
- ramen noodle packaging,
- a little ginger (without it),
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- some nutmeg
- ground black pepper,
- 3 stalks of green onions.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the pork well. Cut the meat into small pieces (you can cut them into medium pieces - to taste), sprinkle them with nutmeg, ginger, salt a little and season with ground black pepper. Add finely chopped garlic to the meat and sprinkle with soy sauce. Leave the pork aside for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the meat will be saturated with spices and will be more aromatic during cooking.
Step 2
My carrots and finely three. Cut the onions into thin half rings. Fry chopped vegetables in a preheated pan until golden brown. Add pieces of meat marinated in spices to the vegetables. Stir and fry until the pork is tender. Add water to the pan if necessary. When the meat is tender, evaporate the liquid.

Mix a liter of pre-cooked chicken stock and soy sauce. We should have a dark and moderately salty broth.
Pour water into a saucepan, salt a little and boil the noodles.
