Dessert "Peach-plus"
Ingredients:
- 2-3 ripe peaches;
- nuts;
- a pack of ice cream;
- coconut flakes;
- grated chocolate.
Cut each peach in half, carefully remove the seeds. Put the kernels of walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds in the grooves. Put balls or pieces of ice cream on top. Sprinkle half of the peaches with coconut, the other with grated chocolate. Decorate with mint leaves.
Dessert "Apricot"
Ingredients:
- 10 large apricots;
- 1 glass of apple juice;
- grated chocolate;
- a pinch of cinnamon;
- a pack of ice cream with waffles.
We put pitted apricots in vases or bowls. Fill with apple juice and cinnamon. We spread the ice cream in large pieces. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Crushed nuts and waffle pieces can be used instead of chocolate.
Dessert "Miracle Island"
Ingredients:
- 5 peaches;
- 2-3 kiwi;
- a glass of heavy cream;
- 1 tbsp. orange juice;
- 2-3 tbsp. icing sugar;
- a pack of ice cream;
- mint leaves.
Peel the peaches and kiwi and cut them into large slices. Put the kiwi one by one on a dish or on a flat plate with ice cream. Whisk the cream with orange syrup and powdered sugar. Put it on top of the fruit. Decorate with fresh mint leaves.
