Another good recipe for making pizza at home, delicious and fast!
It is necessary
- For the test:

- - 1 egg
- For filling:
- - tomatoes
- - 200 g fresh mushrooms
- - 80 g cheese
- - 1 head of onion
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - greens
- - ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Preparation of the filling:
- Chop the onion and fry.
- Scald the tomatoes, peel them off and cut them into several pieces.
- Rub the cheese on a grater.
- My mushrooms, peel and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Making yeast dough:
- Pour milk warmed up to 20-25 degrees into a container and dissolve the yeast.
- We add salt, sugar, butter, an egg to the flour and knead the dough, slowly adding milk with yeast to it.
- Knead the dough for 7-10 minutes.
- Cover with a towel and put in a warm place.
Step 3
Preparing pizza:
- Roll out the finished dough into a layer 1 cm thick and put it on a greased baking sheet or frying pan.
- Put the mushrooms on top of the dough, then salt and pepper them.
- Decorate the pizza with fried onion rings and tomato slices.
- Pour grated cheese and chopped herbs on the whole product.
- Pour it with olive oil and send it to a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
