  • - 0.5 cups of milk;
  • - 2 slices of white bread;

  • - butter;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

For cooking fish cakes in an airfryer, fillets of any white fish, for example, cod, pike perch or hake, are suitable. Defrost the fish (not completely, but so that it remains slightly frozen). Peel the onion. Cut off all the crusts from the bread and soak the bread crumb in the milk.

Step 2

Pass the fish through a meat grinder. Also roll the bread soaked in milk and a medium-sized onion. Add 1 raw egg and sour cream to the minced fish. Salt and pepper everything and mix the minced fish very thoroughly with your hands.

Step 3
