  • - Mascarpone cheese - 125 g;
  • - sugar - 3 tablespoons.
  • For glaze:
  • - icing sugar - 100 g;
  • - lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;
  • - pomegranate juice - 1 tablespoon.

Instructions

Step 1

After softening the butter, mix it with granulated sugar and beat until a light, airy mass forms. Put chicken eggs there, but only gradually, that is, one at a time. Add flour and milk to the resulting liquid mixture. Stir until smooth.

Step 2

Grease the multicooker bowl with a sufficient amount of oil and place a homogeneous mass in it - the dough. Cook for 45 minutes on the Bake setting.

Step 3

At the end of this period of time, remove the finished cake for the future shortbread cake. Divide it into exactly 2 parts. Using a round neck dish with a diameter of approximately 6 centimeters, use it to cut circles out of the cooled baked goods. Apply jam to one of them. Cover this mass with the second. Do the same with all the remaining figures.

Combine cream cheese with granulated sugar. Convert this mixture into a homogeneous mass and brush it on the sides of the shortbread cakes. Then roll them, for example, in chopped nuts.

Spoon ingredients such as powdered sugar, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice in a separate bowl. Heat the mixture in a water bath until it becomes homogeneous. Then decorate the top of the dessert with the resulting icing. The shortbread is ready.
