This shortbread cake is a classic homemade cake that you can customize to your liking and the taste of your household!
It is necessary
- Cakes:
- Flour - 200 g;
- Butter - 125 g;
- Egg - 1 pc.;
- Sugar - 75 g;
- Soda - 0.25 tsp - extinguish with lemon juice;
- Vanilla sugar - 2 sachets.
- Cream:
- Butter - 100 g;
- Boiled condensed milk - 200 g;
- Chocolate - 25 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the eggs in a blender with regular sugar and a packet of vanilla sugar until they are white. Melt the butter in the microwave, cool slightly and add to the eggs. Beat until smooth. Add flour sifted with baking powder and knead to a soft dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the cold for half an hour.
Step 2
For the cream, whisk together softened butter, boiled condensed milk and a second packet of vanilla sugar until smooth.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We take the dough out of the refrigerator, divide it into 4 parts and roll each one out. With the form (I have 17 cm in diameter) we cut out the cakes. We transfer the cakes to a baking sheet covered with baking paper, send them to the oven and bake until browning (10-15 minutes).
Step 4
From scraps of dough we make decorations for the cake (leaves, balls - optional). You can simply dry them and grind them into crumbs and sprinkle the cake mixed with grated chocolate on it. Smear the finished cakes with cream, decorate with scraps. Grate the chocolate and sprinkle on the cake. Leave to soak at room temperature for 2 hours, and then refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
