Summer is in full swing. The markets are full of fresh berries and fruits. Fruit dessert is a great dinner idea. The cooking time is minimal and the benefits and taste are maximized.
It is necessary
- - 200g raspberries;
- - 50 g of icing sugar;
- - 200 g apricots;
- - 2 glasses of yogurt.
Instructions
Step 1
Sort fresh raspberries, rinse slightly under running water. Devide into two parts.
Step 2
Squeeze one part of the raspberries with a wooden spatula. Separate the juice and mix with the powdered sugar. Add a glass of creamy yogurt to the juice. Beat the mixture with a whisk.
Step 3
Place whole berries in a glass. Pour the yoghurt mass on top, then again the berries and a layer of yoghurt on top.
Step 4
Prepare apricots. Rinse under running water and separate the seeds from the pulp.
Step 5
Finely chop the prepared apricots, place on the bottom of the glass and pour yogurt on top.
Step 6
Place the finished fruit dessert in the refrigerator for one hour. Serve with shortbread.
