Step 1
All ingredients must be prepared. First of all, pita bread is prepared. To prepare pita bread, you need to mix salt, flour and yeast. Make a hole in the resulting mixture and pour water. Knead the dough. In the process of preparing the dough, add a teaspoon of olive oil. Leave the finished dough in a warm place for 2 hours.
Step 2
Peel off a small ball of dough from the present dough and roll it into a swampy layer. Using a rolling pin, transfer the rolled dough to a hot frying pan and lightly fry on both sides. Ready pita bread must be lightly sprinkled with cool water so that it does not break.
Step 3
Go to the preparation of the filling. The chicken breast should be cut into small cubes, placed in a cup and covered with soy sauce. Marinate the breast for 15-20 minutes. Fry the marinated chicken breast in a pan.
Step 4
Prepare shawarma sauce. For the sauce, you need to mix sour cream, mustard and cheese.
Step 5
Finely chop the cabbage. Chop the cucumber and tomato.
Step 6
Grease lavash with sauce. Put cabbage, chicken, cucumber and tomato on it. Wrap pita bread. Shawarma is ready.
