Children love sausages, but giving them the ones sold in stores is not safe. I suggest you prepare delicious and healthy chicken sausages on your own without preservatives and incomprehensible dyes.
It is necessary
- - 450 grams of chicken fillet,
- - 200 milliliters of milk,
- - 1 teaspoon of mustard,
- - salt and pepper to taste,
- - cling film.

Step 1
Cut off fat and films from fillets, cut into small pieces and fill with chilled milk. Leave the fillet for half an hour.
Step 2
Without draining the milk, add the mustard, salt and pepper to the chicken fillet. Mix all ingredients well and grind in a blender.
Step 3
Cut the cling film into equal pieces. Put the resulting minced meat on pieces of film and twist, tightly rolling the film.
Step 4
Tie one end, press the foil tightly, release the formed air and tie the other end of the sausage.
Step 5
Place the sausages in the refrigerator for two hours. Cook the resulting sausages in boiling water over low heat or steam until tender.
