Healthy summer salad. Looks very nice on any table. A poached egg gives new taste sensations to long-familiar everyday products.
It is necessary
- - 50 g of green lettuce leaves;
- - 20 g of parsley;
- - 2 pcs. medium cucumber;
- - 100 g of canned corn;
- - 4 things. tomato;
- - 250 g canned tuna in its own juice;
- - 4 things. eggs;
- - 20 ml of olive oil;
- - 20 ml lemon juice;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
In cold running water, rinse the herbs, cucumbers and tomatoes well, dry thoroughly.
Step 2
Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces with your hands, try not to crush it. Cut the tomatoes into small slices. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Chop parsley finely or chop in a blender.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine chopped vegetables, herbs and corn, and toss.
Step 4
Disassemble the canned tuna into small pieces. Remove pits if necessary. Remember with a fork.
Step 5
Prepare a dressing. To do this, mix lemon juice, oil, pepper, salt in a small glass cup. Let the mixture sit a little. Boil poached eggs. Pour the dressing over the salad and add the tuna, mix everything gently and put on a plate, put the poached eggs on top.
