The ideal breakfast option is a poached egg, it cooks quickly and tastes different from hard-boiled or soft-boiled eggs. And if you put it on a crispbread and season with sauce, then you will not feel hungry until almost lunchtime.

Instructions

Step 1

Any classic has many variations, which also applies to our dish: it can be prepared in different ways, but with the same consistent success. Some housewives just break the egg into a large spoon and put it down to boil, some like cooking poached eggs in cling film. We need cling film, for each egg we need to cut a rectangular piece of film (approximately 15x15 cm).

Lay the foil on a board and brush with olive oil.

Step 2

Put the film on a small bowl, pour the egg into the recess (if you wish, you can immediately salt it or leave the choice to the eater at the table).

Step 3

Gather the ends of the film together, tie a knot or tie it with thread. Boil water in a saucepan, reduce heat and put egg bags in the water. Cook for 5-7 minutes, depending on the consistency you want. Remove the bags with ready-made eggs from the water, carefully remove the cling film and put the poached eggs on a saucer.

Step 4

Put the container on the fire, pour in enough water so that the egg can fit in it. Do not feel sorry for the water, otherwise you may get not a regular oval, but a plane that resembles a simple scrambled eggs. And if you overdo it, you can get flakes - unappetizing and almost inedible. The water should boil, after which the fire is reduced. Water should not be in full swing, but only maintain the desired temperature.

Then add table salt and vinegar. These ingredients will curl the protein and make it tender.

Step 5

Now we do the most important thing: break the egg into a separate small vessel, and send the contents into a saucepan. The important point here is the state of the water: it should not boil too much, so make the gas pressure so that it does not boil, otherwise everything will turn into flakes.

Step 6

You need to cook for about five minutes, then remove the egg with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate so that the water can drain.

Step 7

Both the one and the other cooking option is not difficult, and any housewife can handle it. Cooking a poached egg is not difficult, you just need to follow the sequence.
