It is necessary

  • - 500 g of lamb ribs;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of balsamic vinegar;
  • - 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
  • - rosemary, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Divide the lamb ribs into portions, preferably small, so the dish will cook faster. Salt each piece separately. To make the dish less high-calorie, remove excess fat from the lamb in advance (if available, of course).

Step 2

Preheat a skillet with olive oil over high heat and place the ribs in it. Remember to turn the ribs every minute so that they are evenly fried on each side until they are golden brown.

Step 3

After 7-9 minutes, add garlic to the ribs in the pan, after peeling the cloves and crushing them with a knife.

Step 4

Continue frying the ribs over high heat. After about 5 minutes, add the rosemary, followed by the balsamic vinegar and honey. Honey must be liquid, if thick - melt in a water bath. Balsamic vinegar will add a little sourness to the dish, and honey will add sweetness. These two ingredients will give the dish a rather unusual flavor. In addition, the honey in this dish is responsible for the crispy appetizing crust, which will soon cover our ribs.

Step 5

Simmer the ribs over low heat for another 2-3 minutes so that they are covered with glaze.
