Fruit jam with nuts is perfect for baking toppings. The unique, persistent aroma of the jam is given by oranges and lemon. And almonds are a special piquancy to taste.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of pears;
- - 4 oranges:
- - 1 lemon;
- - 1, 5 cups of almonds;
- - 1 glass of raisins;
- - 1.5 kg of sugar.

Step 1
Rinse the pears. Remove core. Cut into wedges. Pass through a meat grinder.

Rinse oranges and lemons in hot water with the addition of baking soda.

Do not remove the zest. Remove only seeds.
Step 4
Then cut into pieces and mince. All the juice while retaining.

Take a home scale with a bowl. Place the fruit mass together with the juice in a bowl. Weigh. Add sugar 1/1.

Leave the resulting sweet mixture for 10 hours.

Prepare a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Pour the fruit mass into it.

Put on fire and cook for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula.

Add raisins and cook for 45 minutes over low heat. Add nuts 5 minutes until tender. Boil with them for 5 minutes and remove from heat.

Prepare jars. Rinse in hot water and sterilize. Boil metal lids.
Step 11
Pour the jam into jars, roll up, turn upside down and cover with a "fur coat". After cooling completely, place in a refrigerator or basement.

Serve with pancakes and warm milk.
