- - 3 bananas;
- - 2 peaches;
- - 2 pears;
- - a bunch of grapes with large berries (preferably seedless);
- - 1 orange;
- - 200 g of strawberries;
- - 200 g of raisins;
- - 200 g of walnuts;
- - 100 g of hazelnuts;
- - 200 g rusk powder;
- - 1 liter of sour cream (not greasy).
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the raisins in warm water. Peel the orange and pear and remove the seeds from the peaches and grapes.
Step 2
Cut bananas, peaches, pears, orange into small cubes. Chop the nuts. In a wide and deep bowl, combine chopped fruits, add soaked raisins, crushed nuts, hazelnuts.
Step 3
Peel the strawberries and chop them in a blender or food processor. Add sour cream and powdered sugar. Beat everything for 5 minutes until foam appears. Put the cream in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 4
Pour a tender cream over the fruit mass and stir gently. Serve in separate glasses, garnished with a whole strawberry on top. The dish can be served with a chilled milk drink with vanilla sugar or banana, tea with lemon or cocoa.
