Step 1
So, first you need to cut the fresh melon into large enough pieces, then squeeze the juice out of them. In total, you need a liter of fresh melon juice.
Step 2
Then acidify the melon juice with citric acid, add sugar. Take the amount of sugar at your discretion, because a lot depends on the sugar content in the juice.
Step 3
Pour the acidified juice with a liter of alcohol, add a small amount of sugar.
Step 4
Remove the melon liqueur for seven days in a cool place - during this time the sugar will dissolve, and all the dregs will settle.
Step 5
Then strain the melon liqueur and bottle it. The alcoholic drink is ready - try it, but don't overdo it!
