The hardest part about grilling beef is choosing the right meat. Here you need to take a piece of ripe beef tenderloin, from such meat a grilled steak turns out to be incredibly juicy. The readiness of the meat is different for everyone. Someone prefers medium-fried, someone loves with blood, and who is exclusively fully fried meat. Let's cook grilled beef with aromatic soy or peanut sauce.
Grilled beef with peanut sauce
- 800 g rump steak;
- 250 ml of peanut butter, pineapple juice;
- 70 ml of vegetable oil;
- 70 ml of soy sauce;
- 40 ml sweet chili sauce;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- grated ginger, garlic powder, onion powder.
Remove the veins and excess fat from the steak, rinse, cut into portions, place in an enamel bowl. Mix 50 ml vegetable oil, soy sauce, ginger, minced garlic. Pour the meat with this mixture, cover with a bag, put in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
After that, fry the meat over the remaining oil until tender over hot coals. Prepare the sauce for the meat, for this mix the chili sauce, peanut butter, pineapple juice, onion and garlic powder, cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. Put the meat on plates, pour over the sauce.
Grilled beef with soy sauce
- 500 g of beef;
- 100 ml of soy sauce;
- 50 ml of vegetable oil;
- 1 pineapple;
- 1 head of garlic;
- 12 green olives;
- salt.
Peel the pineapple, cut in half, core. Divide the head of garlic into cloves, peel, chop. Pass one half of the pineapple through a meat grinder, chew the mass through cheesecloth. Cut the other half into cubes. Combine the resulting pineapple juice with soy sauce and garlic.
Rinse the meat, cut into slices, place in a saucepan, cover with a mixture of pineapple juice, garlic, and soak for 3 hours. Grill the meat on a wire rack over coals. Place the beef on a platter, season with salt, garnish with pineapple cubes and pitted green olives.
