Nazuk is an Armenian national dish, in Armenia it is one of the most delicious and widespread sweets, prepared both sweet and salty.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 1, 5 glasses of flour;
- - 1/2 cup sour cream;
- - 200 g butter;
- - 1, 4 teaspoons of dry yeast;
- For filling:
- - 3/4 cup flour;
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- - 1 egg yolk;
- - 3/4 cup sugar;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 1/4 tsp of a cup of walnuts;
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Stir the sifted flour with yeast. Put softened butter, sour cream to the flour mixture and knead the dough.
Step 2
Form a ball out of the dough, cover with foil and refrigerate, preferably overnight.
Step 3
Prepare the filling just before baking. Combine sifted flour, softened butter, sugar in a blender. Then add vanillin, chopped walnuts, mix everything well.
Step 4
Form Nazuk. Divide the dough in half and set aside the first part, and put the second on a lightly floured board and roll it into a rectangle.
Step 5
Spread half of the filling in a thin layer over the entire layer of dough. Gently roll the dough into a roll. Roll, cut with a knife into 10 equal parts.
Step 6
Put the finished rolls on a greased baking sheet and brush with beaten egg yolk.
Do the same with the second part of the test. Bake in a preheated oven up to 300 ° C for 30 minutes.
