Beef with mushrooms and sesame seeds is a Chinese dish. Thin fried pieces of meat soaked in spicy marinade combined with mushrooms, sesame seeds, boiled rice and hot red pepper will not leave you indifferent.

- beef fillet - 500 g;
- fresh mushrooms - 150 g;
- sweet green pepper - 1 pc.;
- hot red pepper - 2 pcs.;
- sesame seeds - 2 tbsp. l.;
- green onions - 50 g;
- vegetable oil;
- greens.
- For the marinade:
- soy sauce - 1-2 tbsp. l.;
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp l.;
- dry red wine - 2 tbsp. l.;
- corn starch - 1 tbsp l.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beef fillet thoroughly and dry. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the meat across the grain into thin slices approximately 4-5 millimeters thick.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients well, pour over the beef, cover and shake well until all the slices are covered with the marinade. Place a bowl of meat in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Step 3
Remove the beef from the refrigerator a couple of hours before cooking to warm it up to room temperature.
Step 4
Peel the mushrooms, rinse, dry and cut into small pieces. Boil wild mushrooms and oyster mushrooms beforehand, champignons do not need this.
Step 5
Cut the washed and dried bell peppers into long strips, removing the stem and seeds. Free hot red peppers from seeds and cut into thin rings.
Step 6
Fry the sesame seeds in highly heated vegetable oil until golden brown, strain and leave to cool.
Step 7
Rinse the onion, dry and chop finely.
Step 8
Remove the slices of meat from the marinade and let the liquid drain - you still need it.
Step 9
Put a thick-bottomed frying pan on the fire, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and wait until it overheats. You can take the oil in which you fried the sesame seeds - then it will only need to be very hot.
Step 10
In hot oil, quickly fry the beef slices on both sides and transfer to a separate cup. Fry the meat for no more than 1 minute on each side, otherwise it will turn out too hard.
Step 11
Then put mushrooms in a pan and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, add bell peppers, fry for another 2-3 minutes, add green onions, then beef, pour in the marinade, bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 12
Serve the beef with boiled rice, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and garnish with fresh herbs.
