- - 125g flat rice noodles
- - 1 cucumber, cut into strips
- - 5 young onions, thinly sliced
- - 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- - 1 red chili, chopped into strips
- - toasted sesame seeds for sprinkling
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Place the duck in a bowl, add sesame oil, ginger, garlic, rice wine and sauces. Stir well, cover and set aside.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the noodles. Let stand for 2-3 minutes, then drain in a colander. Combine the cucumber with onions and peppers.
Step 3
Prepare 4 square pieces of foil and place the noodles on top of them. Top with the meat and cucumber mixture. Fold the edges of the foil up and crumple slightly. Transfer the resulting bags to a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the duck is done. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
