What you need (for 3 servings):
- egg - 6 pcs.;
- hunting sausages - 3 pcs.;
- tomato - 1 pc.;
- bell pepper - 1 pc.;
- green onions - a small bunch;
- vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Step-by-step recipe:
- First you need to prepare all the ingredients. Cut the sausages into small slices and the tomato and pepper into slices. Finely chop the onion.
- Preheat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it. Fry the sausages in a pan for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, until a delicious crust appears.

- split peas - 1 glass;
- hunting sausages - 3-4 pcs.;
- potatoes - 3 pcs. medium size;
- meat broth - 2 l;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Step by step recipe:
- Rinse and then soak the peas for at least 6 hours, but preferably overnight.
- Peel potatoes, cut into medium slices. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the hunting sausages into circles.
- Saute the onions with carrots in vegetable oil in a well-heated frying pan for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Then transfer the onions and carrots to a bowl.
- Fry the sausages in a pan, always until crisp.
- Put the broth on fire, wait for it to boil. Then put potatoes, onions with carrots and peas in the broth. Stir, close the lid. Cook the soup for about an hour over medium heat.

- carrots - 1 pc.;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- tomato paste - 1 tablespoon;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- water - 200 ml;
- salt, spices (pepper, dried herbs) - to taste.
Step by step recipe:
- Prepare all the products: peel and dice the zucchini and potatoes, finely chop the onions, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the bell peppers into slices, chop the cabbage finely. Cut the hunting sausages into thin slices.
- You will need a deep frying pan. Heat it with vegetable oil, and then fry the onions and carrots for 5-6 minutes.

What you need (for 4 pots):
- potatoes - about 8 pcs. medium size;
- hunting sausages - 8 pcs.;
- mushrooms (seasonal or champignons) - 300 g;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- hard cheese - 150 g;
- water or broth - 0.8 l;
- sour cream - 3 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons;
- greens (fresh or dried) - to taste;
- salt, spices (black pepper, paprika, allspice, etc.) - to taste.
Step by step recipe:
- Rinse and, if necessary, peel and chop the mushrooms. Do not grind too much.
- Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil. Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates.
- Add the onion to the mushrooms, fry for another 5 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into small slices. The smaller the slices, the faster the dish will cook.
- Cut the sausages into thin slices.
- Put potatoes in pots first, mushrooms and onions should go in the second layer, sausages should be the last layer.
