Due to bacon and hunting sausages, a simple tomato soup turns out to be many times richer and more aromatic. You will feed your whole family with such a hearty first course.
It is necessary
- - 720 g of canned tomatoes in their own juice;
- - 200 g of hunting sausages;
- - 40 g of boiled and smoked bacon;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - a bunch of fresh herbs;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - sugar, ginger, nutmeg, black pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan. Cut the hunting sausages into slices, the boiled-smoked bacon into thin small strips (leave some bacon to decorate the finished dish). Peel the cloves of garlic, chop it finely. Send all these prepared ingredients together in a saucepan, fry.
Step 2
Drain the juice from the can of tomatoes, leave it - the juice will still be useful to us for the soup. And peel the tomatoes themselves. Then you can leave the tomatoes whole or cut as you like. Send the tomatoes to the stewpan with the meat and garlic, simmer for 5 minutes, then pour in the tomato juice. Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, sugar and fresh ginger to the soup to your liking. You can change some of these components for something else at your discretion. Add chopped fresh herbs to the soup, simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour ready-made tomato soup with hunting sausages and bacon into soup bowls, garnish with whole sprigs of herbs and bacon chips. These chips are easy to prepare: thinly cut the remaining bacon, send to a hot skillet without adding oil, let it brown until crispy.
