Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp butter;
  • 4 large potatoes;
  • 1 large tomato;
  • 8 hunting sausages;
  • 1 large carrot;
  • 2 medium onions;
  • 1 tbsp. l. salt;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • ½ tsp hops-suneli;
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika;
  • black pepper to taste;
  • 50 g fresh dill;
  • 50 g of hard cheese.

Preparation:

  1. In each pot, put a lump of butter the size of a regular tablespoon.
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into medium cubes and place in a wide bowl. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and suneli hops. Stir well to distribute all the spices, and spread evenly over the pots.
  3. Peel the sausages, cut into slices and place in pots on top of the potato layer.
  4. Wash the tomato, cut into small cubes, arrange in pots after the sausages and salt a little.
  5. Peel and wash carrots and onions. Grate the carrots and cut the onions into cubes. Combine the prepared vegetables in one container, season with salt, mix until smooth, squeeze a little with your hands and put them in pots on top of a layer of tomato cubes.
  6. Top up the ingredients in each pot with hot water so that they are completely covered.
  7. Cover all pots with lids, transfer to a baking sheet and send to the oven for 50 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees.
  8. In the meantime, grate the cheese, wash the dill and chop finely with a knife, and peel the garlic and pass through the garlic. Put everything on a plate and mix well.
  9. After 50 minutes, remove the pots from the oven and open. Pour cheese with herbs and garlic into each pot. Without covering, put the pots into the oven again, only this time for only 10 minutes.
