The multicooker is an excellent unit designed to make life easier for housewives. The owners of this technique do not need to stand at the stove and constantly stir the dish so that it does not burn. You can simply set the desired mode, and the multicooker and cooking will be under control. But today I would like to talk not about the advantages of this unit, but about what you can whip up in it.
So, if you are a happy owner of a modern unit, but do not know what to cook quickly in a multicooker, the recipes below will interest you.
Recipe one - dumplings baked with cheese
Dumplings are probably the product that every housewife has, just in case. They can be fried, boiled, baked in the oven, or you can make a delicious dish in a slow cooker. For this you will need:
- dumplings;
- sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- hard cheese - 80 g;
- boiled water - 125 ml;
- salt, pepper and spices to your taste.
Pour vegetable oil into a multicooker bowl. Spread the dumplings along the bottom, it is recommended in one layer. In a deep bowl, combine sour cream and water to form a homogeneous mass. Add your favorite herbs and spices to the mixture. Pour the dumplings with the resulting sauce, close the lid of the multicooker and set the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes. When 3-5 minutes remain before the sound signal, open the unit and sprinkle the dumplings with cheese previously grated on a fine grater. Close the lid, cook until you hear a beep.
These products are enough for a full meal for two adults. The dumplings will taste very tender, but at the same time crispy. In the future, you can experiment with sauces, replacing, for example, sour cream with tomato paste.
The second recipe - soup with tomatoes in a slow cooker
To prepare the first course you will need:
- meat - 250-300 g (it is recommended to take not very fatty pork);
- potatoes - 4 medium-sized tubers;
- 2 carrots and onions;
- tomato paste - 4 tbsp. l.;
- half a multi-glass of thin vermicelli;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- water - 1 l;
- salt and spices to taste.
Rinse the meat thoroughly, chop it into small pieces and place in a cooking bowl. Send peeled and chopped vegetables there: onions, carrots. Set the "Bake" mode for 15 minutes. During this time, peel the potatoes, chop them into small cubes. After the beep, send the prepared potatoes to the multicooker. Pour in water. Set the "Steam cooking" mode for 25 minutes. 8-10 minutes before the sound signal, add noodles, garlic passed through a press and tomato paste to the soup, mix everything and salt. After the end of the mode, the soup is ready.
