Delicious milk ice cream can be made at home. Best served with fresh berries and chocolate chips. Ingredients are calculated for 2 servings.

- - 50 g butter,
- - 0.5 teaspoons of starch,
- - 1 glass (200 ml) sugar,
- - 2 egg yolks.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 500 ml of milk into a saucepan, add 50 grams of butter and place on the stove.
Step 2
Mix 1 cup sugar with 0.5 teaspoon potato starch (corn starch can be used). Add two egg yolks to the dry mixture, beat gently with a fork.
Step 3
Pour some milk from a saucepan into the egg mixture and stir. The consistency of the resulting mass should resemble liquid sour cream.
Step 4
As soon as the milk in the pan starts to boil (you do not need to boil, so do not leave the stove), remove it from the heat. With constant stirring, add (in a thin stream) the sugar-egg mass into the milk, mix well. Put the saucepan on fire and bring to a boil again, then remove from heat.
Step 5
Dip a saucepan of hot milk into a large container of cold water. Ice cubes can be added to cold water. Stir the milk ice cream until it cools.
Step 6
After the milk mass has cooled to room temperature, pour it into a container, close the lid and put it in the freezer for five hours. Take the ice cream out of the freezer every hour and stir it well.
Step 7
Arrange the finished ice cream in the bowls, decorate to taste and serve.
