  • - 300 g of tomatoes
  • - salt
  • - ground black pepper
  • - 50 g green onions or shallots
  • - olive oil
  • - balsamic sauce
  • - 300 g small squid
  • - basil
  • - 40 g capers

Instructions

Step 1

Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes, then carefully remove the skin and cut into thin slices. Spread the workpiece evenly on a plate, season with salt, black pepper and a little olive oil.

Step 2

Fry the shallots in vegetable or olive oil for a few minutes. Cut the squid into thin rings and add to the contents of the pan. The mixture must be fried for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Put squids and onions on top of the tomatoes, garnish with capers and chopped basil. Season the dish with olive oil again, if necessary. Sprinkle the carpaccio with balsamic sauce or lemon juice before serving.
