Squid is one of the most popular seafood in Russia. They are included in many delicious dishes. Perhaps the most delicious of them is squid with tomatoes in sour cream.
It is necessary
- - salt;
- - ground pepper;
- - parsley and dill;
- - wheat flour - 2 tsp;
- - sour cream - 1 glass;
- - vegetable oil - 1/2 cup;
- - bulbs - 4 pcs;
- - tomatoes - 10 pcs;
- - squid fillet - 800 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the stems off the tomatoes. Then squeeze the juice out of them and pour into a saucepan. Twist the pulp in a meat grinder or finely chop with a sharp knife.
Step 2
Put the twisted pulp in the juice, pour in the oil and bring to a boil. Simmer for 6 minutes with a low boil.
Step 3
Cut the peeled raw squid into strips, place in the tomato mass, add the chopped onion. Bring the mixture to a boil again and simmer for five minutes.
Step 4
Heat the flour in a dry skillet until it has a light yellow hue. Then cool and dilute with a part of tomato paste, sour cream. Make a thick, lump-free sauce this way.
Step 5
Pour the cooked flour sauce to the rest of the tomato mass, pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve delicious tomato and sour cream squid with crumbly rice or mashed potatoes. Cold milk or kefir is the best choice for drinking.
