Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Boil 2 liters of slightly salted water and pour the pre-cut beet tops into it (the pieces should be no more than 1 cm). After that, you should wait until the water boils again, and you can remove the pan from the heat. When 3-4 hours have passed, the broth will need to be filtered.
  2. While the broth is infused, you need to cook the crayfish. This is easy enough. 1 tbsp. l. salt must be poured into a couple of liters of clean water. Lavrushka lays down there, 4 tbsp. l. fresh or dried dill and a little peppercorns.
  3. After the water starts to boil, you will need to put crayfish in it. They cook over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes. When the allotted time is over, the crayfish must be taken out of the water and cooled.
  4. Peel the fish, cut into large pieces and cook. Pour salt and peppercorns into a saucepan. Send the lavrushka and the peeled onion cut into 4 parts there. The fish is cooked for about 10 minutes. Remember to remove the foam. After this time, the fish should be taken out and cooled.
