It is necessary

    • 4 small beets
    • 2 carrots
    • 1 onion
    • 2 eggs
    • 50 g cheese
    • parsley
    • sour cream 100g
    • 1-2 tablespoons bread crumbs
    • butter
    • vegetable oil
    • salt
    • spices to taste. Steamer or steamer in a saucepan.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the beets thoroughly. Without peeling the skin, steam it. Peel the boiled beets. Use a teaspoon to remove the middle of the pulp to form a beetroot basket.
