I would like to bring to your attention mouth-watering and incredibly delicious puff pastries. I called them "Minuet". Dessert just melts in your mouth. Cook and you won't regret it. In the future, each time you will cook them for a holiday as a main course. No cakes needed.
It is necessary
- For 500 g of puff pastry:
- - 0.5 kg of strawberries (you can use frozen),
- - ready-made whipped cream,
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Roll out the dough thinly, cut into rectangles of equal size. Put baking paper on a baking sheet. Place the rectangles at a small distance from each other (the number of rectangles must be a multiple of three).
Step 2
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes. The dough should only lightly brown.
Step 3
Cut the strawberries into wedges. Squeeze whipped cream out of a can on the cooled puff rectangle, put strawberries on top, cover with a second rectangle, squeeze out the cream again and lay out the strawberries, cover with a third rectangle. Place ready-made cakes on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 4
Before baking puff pastry products, sprinkle the baking sheet with cold water. Ready-made puff pastries are made out only after they have cooled down.
