- - ground ginger - 0.5 tsp (or fresh - to taste)
- - fresh chili pepper - 0.5 tsp (or ground - 2 g)
- - fresh garlic - 3 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
Put funchose noodles in a saucepan and pour boiling water over the noodles. Cover and leave for 5-7 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the pan and rinse the noodles with cold water.

Set the pot of noodles aside. We take out the frying pan and put it on high heat.

Pour 2 cups of water into the pan and wait until it boils. Pour sugar and salt into boiling water. Stir until dissolved.

Add vegetable oil, pour vinegar, and the rest of the spices.

Meanwhile, cut the pepper, cucumber, carrot, garlic into strips. Throw the chopped vegetables into the boiling mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Pour the vermicelli with the resulting broth with vegetables, mix everything well and put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
