This recipe can be used as a warm or cold salad, as a side dish for meat dishes, and as a main course for vegetarians or fasting people. Although there are a lot of ingredients, the recipe is very simple, suitable for novice cooks and lovers of oriental cuisine.

- - funchose noodles - 2 briquettes
- - muer mushrooms - 100 g (soaked)
- - carrots - 1/2
- - cucumber - 1/2
- - onion - 1 pc.
- - radish - 3 pcs.
- - Bulgarian pepper - 1/2
- - salt - 1 tsp.
- - sugar - 2 tsp.
- - Seasoning for Korean Markovi - 1 tsp.
- - vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
Step 1
I often come across recipes where funchose is cooked, but this is not at all necessary. When assembling the dish, additional heat treatment will be required - frying, so the noodles should not be too boiled.
Step 2
It is enough to soak the noodles in hot boiled water for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
Step 3
Soak muer mushrooms in hot boiled water. You should not cook this type of mushrooms, because with strong heat treatment, they will lose all their beneficial properties.
Step 4
We clean the mushrooms (remove the coarse part of the leg) and cut into thin strips.
Step 5
Peel vegetables (onions, carrots, bell peppers, radishes, cucumbers), cut into strips. You can grate, but in this case, you should reduce the time for frying vegetables.
Step 6
Pour some oil into a preheated pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add mushrooms and noodles, salt, add sugar and spices, fry for another 1-2 minutes. We spread the dish in a suitable container, decorate with chopped parsley.
