Light, pleasant and completely dietary cookies!
It is necessary
- For 18 pieces:
- - 420 g flour;
- - 1, 5 tsp baking powder;
- - 0.5 tsp salt;
- - 50 g of icing sugar;
- - 300 g of natural yogurt;
- - 85 g butter;
- - 1 egg;
- - 140 g of dried cranberries.
- For glaze:
- - 55 g of icing sugar;
- - 1 tsp orange peel;
- - 1 tbsp. orange juice.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
Step 2
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Add the icing sugar and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Melt the butter in the microwave or water bath and cool slightly. Break the egg into a separate bowl and beat lightly with a fork or hand whisk. Add butter and yogurt, stir until smooth.
Step 4
Make a depression in the center of the dry dough mixture. Pour in the liquid ingredients. Stir until the dry mixture is moistened, then add the cranberries and stir again.
Step 5
Lightly dust the work surface with flour. Spread out the dough and use the patting movements of your palms to flatten it into a layer about 2.5 cm thick. Cut into 9 squares and each of them into 2 triangles.
Step 6
Spread the blanks on baking sheets at a distance of 2.5 cm from each other. Place in oven for 15 minutes.
Step 7
While the cookies are baking, prepare the icing by mixing the icing sugar, orange zest, and juice.
Step 8
Cool the finished cookies on a baking sheet, transfer to a wire rack and cover with glaze.
