Pancakes on yeast dough are tender, airy, very tasty. It is easy to prepare, you can serve it with homemade sour cream, various preserves, jam.

It is necessary

  • - 200 ml of olive oil;
  • - 150 ml of milk;
  • - 120 g of red currant;
  • - 30 g margarine;
  • - 15 g of butter, fresh yeast;
  • - 10 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 1 egg yolk;
  • - a pinch of salt.

Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the dough by mixing warm milk with yeast, sugar and flour (1 tablespoon). Place in a warm place for 15 minutes. Then add salt, egg yolk, sugar, margarine and melted butter to the dough, mix well. Add flour gradually until it becomes thick. Proof in a warm place for 1 hour.

Step 2

After an hour, add a little more flour, stir, send to heat. The amount of flour used may vary, the dough should be thick enough.

Step 3

Rinse fresh red currant berries, dry, sprinkle with flour so that they better interfere with the dough. Combine with ready-made dough.

Step 4

Heat the olive oil, put the dough in small portions, using a knife or spoon, into the pan. Fry the yeast pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then place on paper towels to drain off excess fat. You can also cook in vegetable oil, but olive oil is absorbed much less during frying.

Step 5

Serve warm prepared redcurrant yeast pancakes for breakfast or lunch.
