This salad has many names. Some call him "Tiffany", the second - "Grape bunch", the third - "Tenderness of grapes". But all these names are united by taste and ingredients. A very tender and juicy salad that is suitable not only for a weekend, but also for a holiday.
It is necessary
- - 150 grams of hard cheese,
- - 3 eggs,
- - 100 grams of walnuts,
- - 200 grams of green grapes,
- - 20 grams of lettuce.
- For roasting:
- - 200 grams of chicken fillet,
- - curry to taste,
- - salt to taste,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower or vegetable oil.
- For refueling:
- - 150 grams of mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil eggs until tender.
Step 2
Smoked or boiled chicken meat is suitable for salad, but the salad is tastier with fried. Cut the fillets into small pieces, then season with salt, curry and sauté in vegetable oil. Roast to taste. Transfer the fried meat to a cup and leave to cool.
Step 3
Peel the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Grate the cheese just as coarsely. Grind the nuts in a blender.
Step 4
Cover dishes for salad (you can take a plate or a beautiful volumetric salad bowl) with salad leaves. Put the chicken on the lettuce leaves and coat well with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top, brush with mayonnaise. For mayonnaise - eggs, again mayonnaise and chopped nuts. Eggs again - mayonnaise - nuts. Sprinkle with cheese and brush with a little mayonnaise.

Rinse the grapes and cut each grape in half.
