This interesting and easy-to-prepare salad is worthy of appearing among cold appetizers on the festive table. The dish can be served either in portioned bowls or on one large flat plate.
It is necessary
- - 2 boiled chicken breasts
- - 170 g pitted prunes
- - 4 boiled chicken eggs
- - 2 large handfuls of shelled walnuts
- - 1 large fresh cucumber
- - mayonnaise
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the cucumber thoroughly under running water, peel, grate on a medium grater. Divide into 6 serving bowls and sprinkle with fine salt.
Step 2
Divide the boiled eggs into yolks and whites. Grate the proteins on a medium grater. Lay a layer of proteins on top of the cucumbers, brush a little with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized cubes, put in the salad bowls in the next layer.
Step 4
Rinse the prunes thoroughly, if it is soft enough, then simply rinse with boiling water, if not too soft, then soak for a while in hot boiled water. Dry and chop finely. Place the prunes on top of the chicken.
Step 5
Brush a layer of prunes with mayonnaise. Spread the chopped walnuts on top.
Step 6
Chop the yolks with a fork or grate. Brush a layer of nuts with mayonnaise and sprinkle with egg yolks.
Step 7
Place the salad bowls in the refrigerator before serving, and let the dish soak for a while. Before serving, you can decorate each serving with a sprig of fresh dill or 1 prune.
