Banana cake is a hearty and original dessert that will pleasantly surprise even the discerning sweet tooth. Banana cake is easy to make, but it turns out to be especially tasty and tender when you take into account the little culinary tricks.

- - bananas - 6 pieces (2 ripe and 4 overripe)
- - butter - 125 g
- - egg - 2 pieces
- - sugar - 3/4 cup
- - milk - 2 tablespoons
- - flour - 2 cups
- - baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- - soda - 1 teaspoon
- - condensed milk - 1 can

Step 1
Whisk the strained butter and sugar, add two mashed overripe bananas and eggs. Boil milk separately in a ladle, and when foam rises, add baking soda to it, stirring quickly. Pour this mixture into the bulk.
Step 2
Add sifted flour and baking powder to the banana mixture and mix well. Bake the cake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden toothpick.
Step 3
Prepare the cream: mix condensed milk with two mashed overripe bananas. Divide the cream into three parts.
Step 4
Cut the finished cake into two parts and spread cream on both sides of the cake. Don't forget to leave some of the cream on top of the cake. Wait until the cream is absorbed and put the halves back together. Grease the top with cream and garnish with ripe bananas, cut into slices.
