While the dough is baking, you can make a buttercream for the pie. To do this, mix 50 grams of butter, 100 grams of curd cheese and 100 grams of powdered sugar. Add some vanilla, about 1 teaspoon. Stir the cream until it is airy and light.
Step 6
Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and brush the top with cream. You can decorate your banana cake by rubbing milk or dark chocolate on top of it.
