  • - bananas - 3 pieces;
  • - kiwi - 3 pieces.
  • Impregnation:
  • - water - 5 tbsp. l.;
  • - sugar - 5 tbsp. l.
  • Glaze:
  • - cocoa - 4 tablespoons;
  • - sugar (sugar) powdered - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • - milk - 4 tablespoons;
  • - butter (melted) - 3 tbsp.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 150-180 degrees.

In a prepared clean bowl, carefully separate the whites from the yolks and beat with a mixer or whisk until light fluffy foam. To speed up the process, you can add a pinch of salt or a teaspoon of lemon juice. Since the whipped egg whites will increase in volume and turn into a strong foam, you need to take care of a convenient container.

Step 2

Mash the yolks with sugar until white. Then immediately add the ready-made protein mass in small portions and continue to beat for a few minutes with a mixer. You can use a blender or whisk.

Step 3

In the sifted flour, slowly add the lush egg mass to the bowl in small portions. It is important not to beat, but stirring with a silicone spatula from bottom to top in one direction, add two packets of vanilla sugar. As a result, the dough will resemble thick sour cream with bubbles. To prevent the biscuit from burning, we cover the baking dish with parchment, having previously greased it with oil. Without delay, put the dough into it and put it in the oven.

Step 4

The baking time at 180 - 200 degrees is 25 - 40 minutes. Moreover, in the first 20 minutes, it is not recommended to open the oven or oven, as the biscuit will immediately settle.

Step 5

The readiness of the cake is checked with a wooden toothpick. Spread on a plate and allow to cool, then cut into 3-4 pieces for an interlayer.

Step 6

Now we are preparing the cream: add 200 grams of powdered sugar to 800 grams of sour cream, and beat everything well. A can of condensed milk and a packet of vanilla sugar will add a unique taste to the whipped cream. Put everything in the refrigerator.

Step 7

Add the same amount of water to five tablespoons of sugar. Put on fire, stirring occasionally, until completely dissolved. As soon as it boils, remove from the stove and let cool. The impregnation is ready.

Step 8

We saturate bananas and kiwi, cut into circles and laid on cakes, alternating with each other. We decorate the latter with glaze. To do this, heat butter and milk over low heat, then add sugar and cocoa, stirring occasionally. Let cool and pour over the top of the cake.

Step 9

The biscuit is served the next day, allowing the cakes to soak.
