Step 1

Mix the sifted flour with cocoa powder and baking powder. We heat the oven to 180 degrees.

We wash the eggs and carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Pour sugar into a cup to the yolks, beat, the yolks should lighten. While whipping, pour warm milk into the yolks.

Step 3

We turn to the proteins, beat until a stable foam.

Step 4

Add flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder to the whipped yolks, knead the thick dough.

Step 5

Put the whipped egg whites on the dough, mix. The dough will turn out to be liquid - this is normal.

Put baking paper on the bottom of the mold. Pour our dough into a mold and put in the oven, bake for 35 minutes. Leave the finished biscuit in the form for two hours to cool.
