- - 200 ml of milk.
- - 10 gr. gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to make a chocolate sponge cake. Mix baking powder, flour with cocoa.
Step 2
Separately, you need to beat the eggs with sugar, then add milk and vegetable oil to them.
Step 3
After that, you will need to combine the egg mass with flour and cocoa, mix everything well again until the lumps disappear.
Step 4
Pour the biscuit dough into a lightly greased form with vegetable oil and bake it in a well-heated oven. It is best to use a 22 cm diameter mold for such a volume of food.
Step 5
The biscuit should be baked at 180 degrees for at least 35 minutes. Readiness must be checked with a toothpick.
Step 6
While the biscuit for the "Mink Mole" cake is being baked, you need to make a cream. To do this, gelatin is pre-poured with milk and left for 20-30 minutes to swell.
Step 7
The milk-gelatin mixture is put on fire and slightly heated until all the grains are dissolved. You do not need to bring the mass to a boil.
Step 8
Cottage cheese is whipped with a blender along with sugar, after which milk and gelatin are added to this mixture. You can leave the soufflé.
Step 9
After the biscuit has cooled, carefully cut off the top of the cake and remove the core from it. It is most convenient to take out the pieces of cake with a spoon. You should have the bottom of the cake and the sides.
Step 10
Peeled bananas need to be placed in the prepared base - you do not need to cut them first. A curd soufflé is poured onto them.
Step 11
Further, it is better to finely crumble the remaining pieces of the cake and lay the crumbs on top of the cream. All that remains is to wait for the cake to soak. To do this, it is worth putting the "Mink Mole" in the refrigerator for several hours.
