Mink Mole cake is prepared very quickly. It turns out to be very tasty, and for banana lovers it is a real heavenly delight!
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - sugar - 1 glass;
- - condensed milk - 0, 5 cans;
- - two eggs;
- - flour - 1, 5 cups;
- - sour cream - 1 glass;
- - cocoa - 5 tablespoons;
- - a bag of baking powder.
- For the cream:
- - cream 35% - 0.5 liters;
- - a bag of cream fixer;
- - five bananas;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour with baking powder, cocoa powder and sugar. Add condensed milk, chicken eggs and sour cream to the flour, mix thoroughly. Bake the crust in a greased pan at 180 degrees.
Step 2
Cool the resulting cake. Choose the middle. Slice the bananas in half lengthways, and place them tightly on top of the crust. Whisk in the cream and icing sugar.
Step 3
Place the whipped cream over the bananas for a large cream cap. Sprinkle on top with the crumb from the crust you pulled out of the middle.
Step 4
The "Mink Mole" cake is ready, but it is better to let it brew for a couple of hours. Enjoy your tea!
