This wonderful cake has many advantages over others: it does not need to be baked, it is inexpensive, does not need to be smeared with cream, in general, it is easy to prepare. He has only one drawback - the cake must stand in the refrigerator for the whole night. But he is really the only one.
It is necessary
- - 300 g sweet cracker
- - 1 kg of bananas
- - 250 g sour cream
- - 1 cup of sugar
- - 10 g gelatin
- For decoration:
- - 100 g walnuts
- - 2 kiwi
- - 50 g of chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 1 tablespoon of gelatin with a glass of water. Let it swell for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Plastic wrap to evict the form. You can cut a dense plastic bag for this on both sides. The edges of the cellophane should hang from the mold. Put the cracker cookies back to back. This will be the first layer. Use small pieces of cookies to close large gaps.
Step 3
Cut the bananas into half a centimeter circles.
Step 4
Place the banana mugs on top of the cookies in a second layer.
Step 5
Lay out the third layer from cookies, the next, fourth, again from bananas. And so on until the food runs out.
Step 6
Sour cream is thoroughly beaten with sugar using a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 7
Heat the swollen gelatin to a boil, but never boil it! Do not forget to stir constantly when heating.
Step 8
Pour hot gelatin into sour cream through a strainer, mix well and immediately pour into a mold. The cake should be coated evenly.
Step 9
Gently place the edges of the plastic wrap on the cake.
Step 10
Cover the form with a lid or a large plate and refrigerate overnight.
Step 11
In the morning, the cake is removed from the refrigerator, the plate is removed, as are the ends of the film, the cake is turned onto a plate. Cellophane is completely removed.
Step 12
You can decorate the cake with slices of kiwi, pineapple, chocolate chips or grated nuts.
