Banana Paradise cake really gives heavenly delight. It tastes great. Bananas in cream are the most delicate delicacy. The cake is perfect for a festive dinner.
It is necessary
- - biscuit cakes - 3 pieces;
- - bananas - 6-8 pieces;
- - jam (at your discretion) - 250 ml;
- - milk - 1 l;
- - sugar - 300 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 pack;
- - starch - 5 tablespoons;
- - flour - 5 tablespoons;
- - butter - 250 g;
- - drinking cream - 200 ml;
- - thickener for cream - 1 pack, or cream 35% fat.
Instructions
Step 1
Make a custard first. Combine granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, starch and flour in milk. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly. After bubbling appears, remove the container from the heat and stir for another 2-3 minutes to avoid burning. Cool the resulting mixture.
Step 2
Gradually add softened butter to the custard, stir until the consistency of a delicate cream is obtained.
Step 3
Place the first sponge cake on the bottom of the tin. Cut the second cake into strips of 4-5 cm and lay out with sides. Lubricate the crust and sides with any jam you like.
Step 4
Put some of the previously prepared cream (1 cm thick) on the jam. Put the whole bananas on the cream in a circle, and then the chopped bananas. It is necessary that most of the surface is covered with bananas.
Step 5
Pour cream around the edges of the bananas. Place the third cake layer and brush with jam.
Step 6
Spread the remaining cream over the jam. And sprinkle on top with biscuit crumbs remaining after crushing the residues from the sides. Refrigerate the cake for 6 hours. Or leave it overnight.
Step 7
Prepare the whipped cream. To do this, mix drinking cream with a cream thickener. Chill the mixture as much as possible. Beat quickly with a mixer or whisk until very firm. Add sugar while whisking. Decorate the cake with the resulting whipped cream.
