It is necessary
- - 4 eggs;
- - 220 g of sugar;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - ½ teaspoon of baking soda;
- - 300 g margarine;
- - 3 tbsp. flour.
- For the cream:
- - 300 g fresh strawberries;
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - 300 g of sugar;
- - 2, 5 teaspoons of gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the eggs with the added sugar with a mixer until the foam is not very dense. Gently stirring the foam, pour in the sour cream, stir. Add vinegar quenched baking soda and softened margarine. Stir the mixture thoroughly and only then add the sifted flour. Next, knead the dough. Grease the baking dish with oil, then pour the dough into it. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the crust until tender.
Step 2
Prepare the cream: pour the gelatin in a separate bowl with warm water and stir it to get rid of the lumps. Mash the strawberries in a blender, add sugar and whisk again. Then pour sour cream into the total mass and beat again.
Step 3
Add the dissolved gelatin to a blender and whisk again. Send the finished cream to the refrigerator.
Step 4
When the cream has cooled down a little, generously grease the cooled cake. Decorate the cake all over the crust with plenty of fresh strawberries and grate the bitter dark chocolate.
