From ripe and juicy strawberries in combination with different products, you can create wonderful desserts that even an unprepared person can make.
It is necessary
- For 1 glass of water - 3 tbsp. l. gelatin
- 0.5 liters. sour cream - 1 tbsp. Sahara
- A drop of vanillin (usually on the tip of a knife)
- Strawberries - as many as you like
- Shape (oblong or round)
- Cling film
Instructions
Step 1
In advance, 30-40 minutes beforehand, soak the gelatin in warm water.
Step 2
Gently mix sugar and sour cream, add vanillin. It is important to mix for a softer dessert. It will be denser when whisked.
Step 3
Put water with dissolved gelatin on fire, stir constantly and heat, but not to a boil. As soon as it becomes homogeneous, turn it off.
Step 4
Cool the gelatin for about 30 minutes, and while stirring, pour in sour cream, then vanillin and sugar. The order is not important.
Step 5
Put plastic wrap in the mold, spread out the strawberries cut at random and pour over it with a jelly mass. You can immediately put it in the refrigerator, and after hardening, enjoy the yummy.
