Step 1
Beat sugar and eggs until smooth and fluffy foam is obtained.
Soften the butter at room temperature and mix thoroughly with cottage cheese in a separate bowl. It is necessary that after mixing there are no lumps left.

The mass of sugar and eggs must be mixed with the curd-creamy mass and beat well with a mixer. In the process of beating, add one egg at a time. Beat until smooth. Add baking powder, vanillin, flour to the finished dough and mix.

Kiwi and banana must be peeled and cut into small cubes. Gently mix the dough with the mass of banana and kiwi. Special forms for baking muffins should be covered with parchment and greased with oil. Pour the dough into each mold.
