Kiwi curd banana muffins are very tender. If you do not have small molds, then you can make one large cupcake, which is also suitable for a festive table.

- - 150 g of cottage cheese;
- - 120 g each sugar, wheat flour;
- - 60 g butter;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - bananas, kiwi, vanillin, powdered sugar to taste.

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Mix cottage cheese separately with softened butter. Whisk the mixture with a mixer and add the beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly. Add vanillin to taste, add baking powder, stir.

Now add flour in small portions to the mass, knead the muffin dough with a mixer.
Step 3
Peel the kiwi and banana. The amount of fruit is at your discretion. Cut the kiwi and bananas into small cubes. Add them to the dough, stir again.

Lubricate silicone or metal cupcake tins with vegetable oil, cover with parchment paper, or insert special paper cupcake tins. Place the dough in each mold (it will rise slightly during baking - keep this in mind).
Step 5
Cook the kiwi curd banana muffins at 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
